Well I am new to blogging and realizing that it can be difficult to keep up. I don't know if anyone has been on this blog, but I do know every knitter and crochet person LOVE free patterns that are not outdated. I tend to design baby stuff, but I will also post other things. This post being an "other" thing. It happens to be a hat that I designed for one of my students. I have been requested to make 2 more for her sisters as well, so it must be a hat teenage girls like. Without further ado....

Please do not take credit for my pattern. You may sell items made from the pattern and you can make as many copies as you want.
I will post a picture as soon as I receive it. I don't like to knit a pattern without a picture. This is a good introduction to cables, but can get a little finicky so I would rate it advanced beginner to intermediate. Let me know if I am wrong. Also, feel free to post comments so that I know people like or dislike my patterns. Thanks a bunch!!!
Welcome to the world of blogging! I love the donut slouch -- so pretty!-- and have added it to my lists of 2do. Thanks so much for it!
ReplyDeleteYou are so welcome! You have made my day. No week ... no month ... no YEAR!!!! Enjoy the pattern and let me know if I need to make corrections or clarify. I operate as my own technical editor which I think makes me not see my mistakes. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeletei was working your hat and noticed a possible error in line 15. the first cross is front then back but the repeat section lists it as back then front like row 11 was.
ReplyDeleteSorry. you are correct. It was a typo.
ReplyDeleteRow 15 should read K9, C4F, C4B *K10 C4F C4B* across, end K1.
